1st Cleaning checklist:

A tailored service especially designed around your individual property. Once the property is vacant, 1st Cleaning will conduct a thorough clean of the whole property to a high standard ensuring no areas are forgotten. We will literally work from top to bottom removing the cobwebs from the ceilings to washing the skirting boards. We’ll remove the dirt and odours. We also give a deep clean to the kitchen and bathroom removing limes scale.

We will leave the property clean and fresh ready for the next tenants to move in and for the previous tenant to have their deposit returned.
